"Open Box" Open box is a term used for all merchandise opened either for testing or the package was damaged during shipment. These items are in working condition except that they may have slight cosmetic imperfections. These items are packaged in poly bags or an unmarked box. In the rare event you receive a non-working unit, eGlobal Wireless will gladly exchange it for a working one. eGlobal Wireless offers a 30 day warranty for open
box items. These items have no manufacturers warranty.
Open box items come "as is" and in most cases will not come with all standard accessories that would come with a new retail sealed package.
